Meravigliosi appartamenti nel cuore di Martina Franca. Le case, sono recentemente ristrutturate, ed accoglienti, la raffinatezza di elementi appartenenti alla tradizione pugliese si fondono con gli agi della modernità. Le case sono composte ognuna da una comoda cucina dotata di ogni servizio, tavolo da pranzo, tavolo break, Smart tv, stoviglie, pentole, aria climatizzata e tutto il necessario per poter cucinare anche in completa autonomia. Il Melograno Guest Suite dispone inoltre di una zona attrezzata a lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice.

Gli spazi

Il living è composto da un divano letto doppio, Smart tv, da esso è possibile raggiungere la camera da letto su soppalco. Dal divano è possibile ammirare una bellissima botola in vetro contenente vini ricercati nell'antica cava della proprietà. La zona notte è comoda ed ampia, dotata di Smart tv, cabina armadio, cassaforte, climatizzatore. I materassi sono nuovi, la biancheria ricercata in rasatello. Il bagno, disposto al piano terra è ampio, con un comodo box doccia. L'elemento caratterizzante della proprietà è il melograno, da cui deriva il suo nome. Il profumo di melograno si diffonde tra le sue stanze affinché il soggiorno in queste case possa rappresentare una bellissima esperienza multisensoriale.

Il Melograno "Deluxe" nasce con l'idea di potersi godere il massimo relax, perché oltre ad avere gli stessi servizi del Melograno Guest Suite, abbiamo dato un tocco di Emozioni in più ai nostri ospiti, perché dotato di "Steam Room" (bagno turco in doccia) e Vasca Idromassaggio Jacuzzi® sharp double (due posti), entrambe Cromoterapiche.

La zona è dotata di ogni servizio, negozi centrali, farmacie, ristoranti, bar ed è facile trovare parcheggi anche con postazioni elettriche. Il centro storico dista pochi minuti dalla proprietà.

Wonderful apartments in the heart of Martina Franca. The recently renovated and welcoming apartments combine the refinement of traditional Apulian elements with modern comforts. Each apartment features a comfortable kitchen equipped with all amenities, a dining table, a breakfast table, a Smart TV, dishes, cookware, air conditioning, and everything you need for self-catering. The Melograno Guest Suite also features a laundry area with a washer and dryer. Spaces The living room features a double sofa bed and a Smart TV, leading to the mezzanine bedroom. From the sofa, you can admire a beautiful glass hatch containing fine wines from the property's ancient cellar. The sleeping area is comfortable and spacious, equipped with a Smart TV, walk-in closet, safe, and air conditioning. The mattresses are new, and the linens are exquisite sateen. The bathroom, located on the ground floor, is spacious and features a comfortable shower stall. The property's defining feature is the pomegranate tree, from which it takes its name. The scent of pomegranate wafts through its rooms, making a stay in these homes a wonderful multisensory experience.

The Melograno "Deluxe" was created with the idea of enjoying maximum relaxation. In addition to offering the same amenities as the Melograno Guest Suite, we've given our guests an extra touch of excitement, featuring a Steam Room (Turkish bath in the shower) and a Sharp Double Jacuzzi® (for two), both with chromotherapy.
The area is well-served by all amenities, including central shops, pharmacies, restaurants, and bars, and parking is easy to find, even with electric parking spaces. The historic center is just minutes from the property.
